Historic American Buildings Survey

Los Angeles – The American Institute of Architects/Los Angeles is hosting an Exhibition of photographer and architect Richard J. Levy’s portfolio. According to the AIA/LA, the Exhibition will display limited edition photographic prints from the Library of Congress archive. Levy is recognized as an Archival Photographer¬†by the National Park Service, who administers the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS).

The Exhibition opened on May 19th and will continue through July 31st. Hours are 10am Р4pm, Monday through Thursday. The Exhibition is located in the Wiltern building, in the AIA/LA office, at 3780 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 800, Los Angeles, CA 90010.

Erin LeMaster is a Los Angeles based architect. She attended the University of Southern California, earning a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 2005. Following graduation, she joined a firm in Pasadena where she spent the next six years designing and building schools for the Los Angeles Unified School District. She is now the principal at LeMaster Architects, a residential architecture firm located in her hometown of Long Beach.

Erin has been licensed to practice architecture in California since 2009. Committed to sustainability, she became LEED accredited in 2007 and received her specialty in BD+C in 2010. She is also an active member of the American Institute of Architects, currently serving on the Programs Committee for the Long Beach / South Bay chapter.
